Valley Outreach “Youth Friendly Business” Award Nominations Due March 5, 2010 This award is to be nominated to a business which exemplifies the values and practices of respect for youth in their work. Examples of best practice include: a safe, healthy, working environment with clear boundaries and expectations, support and opportunities for growth; education and skills training, flexible hours that honor school schedules and commitments; and a culture in which the young person feels valued and able to contribute.
